Shipping & Returns
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days except custom sweater orders. These take 3 weeks to ship via DHL. All other Items will be shipped via the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight/dimensions of the package/your location and are determined by the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We want you to love your Huntsmen & Hounds accessories! Returns for full-priced items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
